    AI Therapist 24/7 ("the App") provides AI-powered conversational support and general wellness guidance. This App does not provide medical advice, psychological diagnosis, or mental health treatment.

    The AI assistants in this App:

    • Are NOT licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, counselors, or healthcare professionals

    • Cannot diagnose mental health conditions

    • Cannot prescribe medications or treatments

    • Cannot replace professional mental healthcare

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

IMPORTANT: The guidance provided by this App is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers with any questions you may have regarding mental health or medical conditions.

3. Emergency Situations

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency:

  • Stop using this App immediately

  • Call 911 (or your local emergency number)

  • Contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988

  • Go to your nearest emergency room

  • Contact your healthcare provider

This App is not designed to handle crisis situations and should never be used in place of emergency services.

4. Limitations of AI Technology

Users acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content

  • The AI cannot understand context and nuance the way a human professional can

  • Responses are algorithmically generated and not based on professional clinical judgment

  • The AI has no memory of previous conversations unless explicitly programmed to do so

5. User Responsibilities

By using this App, you agree to:

6. Privacy and Data Use

  • Conversations may be stored for service improvement purposes

  • We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security

  • By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy

  • You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

7. Payments & Subscriptions

  • All payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store

  • Manage subscriptions and refunds through your Apple ID account settings

  • Refunds are subject to Apple's policies

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Where local laws impose stricter requirements (e.g., healthcare regulations, age thresholds, content restrictions), those local laws prevail and you are responsible for ensuring your compliance

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
