Cancellations and Refunds
- App has a premium plan to unlock all the personas and unlimited chat messages and a user can pay either monthly or annually for the same.
- You can access these personas by agreeing to pay a subscription fee by selecting the plan.
- You can place a cancellation request at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by mentioning your registered mobile number or email id. We will cancel your membership within 24 hours of receiving such email.
- Any payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
- For IOS, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
- You will continue to receive the premium benefits till the end of the plan for which you have been charged prior to the cancellation event.
- In case there is more than one interpretation of any of the terms mentioned above, the company reserves the right to make the final and binding interpretation.
- In all cases, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the laws of the Republic of India and the courts of Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
